We all seem to face the same problem. Our pockets go empty due to some unwise maintenance of our car. Don’t worry; there are ways to tackle this problem. If you stick to the below mentioned rules, your car will run for an extra mile or two.

1. Know the tire pressure of your car. It should be appropriate. It should not exceed the limit. Go through the manual that comes in with the pressure measures.
2. May be this one will sound dumb but still please stay away from traffic. It kills your fuel at the rate of knots.
3. Drive at a moderate speed. Neither very high nor very low.
4. Frequently change your air filters and spark plugs.
5. Keep an eye on the oxygen sensor. Go for a change if it conveys wrong information.
6. Change your PCV valve if it is not working properly.
7. Service your car once in a while
