The Land Rover Range Sports is unlike other Land Rover models that are designed primarily for off road performance. This model is more sporty and comes with the traditional luxury amenities that Land Rover is famous for. It is basically an SUV which offers luxurious features and is preferred to traditional SUVs for its on road performance. It offers better handling and acceleration.

It is available in 2 trim levels. The HSE trim level has a 4.4 liter VB engine with 300 horsepower and 315 torque while the supercharged trim level has a 4.2 liter V8 engine with 390 horsepower and 410 torque. The engines on both trims have a 6-speed automatic transmission. The transmission has three modes including CommandShift, automatic and sport. It also comes with a Dynamic Response suspense which is optional for the HSE trim level. Its 4-wheel drive system offers great performance on off roads.
