In 2010, the Ford Taurus has gone through a major make over, with revised interior and exterior styling and several new features; however the power train of 2008-09 model and the basic platform has been retained.

The car has the EcoBoost turbocharged engine of Ford that is 365 hp, V6 engine, AWD, 3.5 liter and 6-speed automatic transmission. Safety features available are ABS, curtain side air bags, antiskid system, front side bags and traction control. The Blind sport alert is also available, in addition to the Ford’s Cross Traffic Alert, which can sense upcoming traffic when you are slowly backing out of the parking lot.

The SOS Port-crash alert can unlock the door, sound the horn and activate the emergency flashers in case your air bags have deployed. The interiors have been made extremely comfortable with heated front seats and leather upholstery. The car also has adaptive cruise control, navigation system, rear obstacle detection and Sync voice-activated control interface. The MyKey allows you to set a limit to your audio volume and top speed. The car starts from the price range of $25995.
